About Steve
Steve is a graduate of Wichita State University with a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Real Estate and Land Use Economics. He has over 20 years of appraisal experience, with 13 years in regulatory compliance. From 1993 to 1997, Steve was a review appraiser with Fourth Financial Corp. He continues to provide appraisal reviews for our clients and consults with our lending clients on regulatory issues. Steve was appointed to the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board from 2000 to 2005 and served as the Board's Chairman in 2003.
